Junxion Park

Located in Century City, Cape Town — opposite the Canal Walk Shopping Centre — this Green Star–rated commercial development comprises four office blocks and retail spaces. The landscape was designed to seamlessly integrate built and natural elements, complementing the architectural form while enhancing the user experience.

A contemporary landscape on a super deck, the design features Corten steel planters of varying heights, a timber deck zone offering wind protection, indigenous drought-tolerant planting, and treated influent irrigation water from the Potsdam treatment plant — all working together to soften the building’s basement and podium environment.
